The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

After a little searching, found these two links.

Single mask:

Several that might work:

Your first link appears to be the best bet. The second link, the masks I am afraid may not be sufficient for the need.

What about this?
Might be a good start as a base.

This is a "Laerdal CPR Training Manikin" (AKA: Resusci Anne).
Latex replacement parts are easily available.

do that front face with a skull cap and something to cover the back of the neck and you would be good. Just bear in mind that setup would require repaints after most all uses.

I believe they are actually a light Pinkish-grey color.

I had thought perhaps a latex fill might be used to either finish the head, and/or graft on the missing pieces.
Perhaps even cast the finished project into a new full mask.

If that is a concern buy multiple pieces of each and you got wiggle room for oh crap factors...

Ppls thoughts on shoes for the Working Joe?

Looking at Raiden's Artstation link, looks like leather shoes / low boots. Yet again, I wish I had a copy of the A:Iso art book ...
