The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

I really hope they aren't going to be stupidly priced.

The tall ones are $174 and change, the low ones are less.

Have the tall ones ever been done before?

Anyone got some picts of bishop's actual shoes?

Never seen those bar print details.

I wonder if the reflective strips can be removed with a stitch ripper or something without wrecking them?

Moosh I'm 99.9% sure that those boots are replicas, I don't know how those photos made it onto the Anthology discs; maybe both Willie and I didn't notice them when we compiled everything.

The strips are present on the original Bishop boots, but Reebok only relatively recently knew about it after Willie and I started talks with them about the re-release which is why they only appear on this latest version.

Yes, you can see the reflective bars in full body shots of Bishop.

Edit: if you follow Willie's link at the top someone commented on the post with a photo showing the reflective strips on Bishop's shoes.

Harry/Willie,

Have the tall Ripley ones ever been reproduced before?

I've only seen the lower top ones over the years.

Nice touch to make the Bishop ones accurate.

I'm probably going to pick up at least one of them for my display.

I think they're missing a trick not selling them at $198.60

(as steep as that is...)

Would be cool if Reebok sent Weaver and Lance a pair.

Cooler if they sent Harry and Willie a pair each! Lance and Sigorney can afford them I'm sure! ;-)

"I heard that"!

Actually I recently tried to contact the guy we were helping out but my email bounced back as it turns out he doesn't work for Reebok any more.
