Table is good if people want to man a table. I want to see alot of guests but it would be handy to leave things there to get fast for signing.

As we have not got a hotel close by get get stuff from and drop things at the table to get a drink and meal.

But someone must be at the table all times. But a good base point.

woody, does your accom have to be in central london? the travelodge near to where i live at the moment has rooms for £25 a night for those dates then its 30 mins max on tube
