Convention Dates: 4th - 7th September 2009

So, I know plenty of people have bought their DC09 memberships already (I didn't: too lazy to walk over to get one in time...) but who in the UKCM wants to come next year? Once I have a rough idea about numbers, I'll think up the best way of doing flights and hotels.

This is just a "rough idea" thing. I won't be booking or holding people to it, I just want to get people's intentions.

If you didn't go in 2008, then bear in mind that EVERYONE who went thought it was worth the money. I'm sure you've seen pics and heard stories. Seriously, you have a year to save; get to it!

Well ive bought my 2009 membership already, however the ppl that were supposed to b moving into me flat r no longer moving in due to 1 of them losing their job (twat). I now need to look for some 1 else to move in b4 the end of next month, if i cant find any1 ill have to move out No idea where ill move too.

i was told today by work that i can now choose which days i have for my holiday , instead of having fixed dates.... so ooks like i can go to it... all i got to do is tell them what day i need off... im guessing ..it will be meeting at airport on wednesday and come back tuesday?

This year we left the UK at midday on Thursday and arrived at the Hotel on Thursday about 8pm, and there never seemed to be a calm before the storm - it was right into the crazyness.

For this year, I'm considering leaving the UK/arriving on Wednesday and leaving Atlanta on the Tuesday (arriving back in the UK on Wednesday). This year, the outward flight left at 1220 (meaning we had to be at the airport by 9am).

However, I am thinking about everyone just individually booking seats on a specific flight, then I do online checkin for everyone so we can sit together, so there would be room for people to leave/arrive on different days.

I'll work it out and email you all with the options soon.
