The Entertainment Media Show and Collectormania London will be on the 5 & 6 March 2011 @ Olympia London.

After speaking to Arthur that runs the Hand & Flower (the pub next to the Olympia) he can give us a hotel discount for rooms.

He has got 9 rooms in total. The Standard rate is £93.95 per night that includes Breakfast that is very nice.

So I would like to sort something out by end of this year or early next to get some discount.

Steve , thanks for the offer but I prefer to do my own booking when i can , in case i have to cancel the room at the last minute, ( or in this case i may have to change the booking at a later date. )

If everyone is agreeable to chipping in, maybe an extra £20-£30 each (just guessing), I could probably arrange an exclusive Aliens Legacy dinner with Veronica at a decent (meaning we go black tie and dresses (though not you in a dress, Mantroon!)) restaurant. Let me know what you grunts think about that and I'll see if i can make it happen.

I think the hotel rooms are going to be booked for the Fri and Sat night. Is that right DATA?
So unless you meant start early, as in the Thursday, then I think most will be at the hotel anyway on the Friday.
