I sent an e-mail to Bloody Pulp Books, asking about international shipping, pre-ordering the book and when the T-shirts will be available.

Here's their reply:

Bear in mind that it's a limited run, so (IMHO) I wouldn't hold off until D*Con, just in case they've already sold out before then.
