The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Oh yeah! I signed some kid's autograph book - drew some teeth and put 'Alan' - he went away pleased anyway.

Heya!!

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for such a warm welcome :D
It was fantastic to actually meet and shake hands with the people I've been nattering to here for the past few months!!

I had a great time geeking out a bit, playing with weapons, tickling the Aliens, asking dumb-ass newbie questions and generally doing mostly what I do online from work.
Just wish the guy driving didn't have to leave so early on in the day as I was kinda at his mercy on that one.

Now begins the 'get some kit together in time for the next Drop' stage!!!

See you all on the Ready Line next year :D

Cheers,
Woody.

PS - Yeah, that's me next to ADC in Darren's group photos - Green T and leathers

Great to met you Woody and zuzus, hope to see you both soon! :)

Hope you feel better soon ADC, I've got a bit of a cough today too but you know what they say: "It's not the cough that carries you off, it's the coffin they carry you off in"! ;)

As I said I had a great time but I've had the flu since I got back. Today's the first time I've switched the computer on at all since Monday, normally it's on all the time I'm in the house.

I know ADC was under the weather too, anyone else got the dreaded lurgy? :(
